Khadidja is a founding member of STIPO Italy Cooperative. 

She is passionate about creating places that bring people together and spark moments of joy, curiosity, and connection. She loves exploring how even the smallest changes in our surroundings can lead to meaningful interactions between people and their environment.

As an architect, Khadidja turned her love for placemaking and participatory processes into a career dedicated to shaping more inclusive and vibrant spaces. Whether working on cultural interventions or large-scale infrastructures, she helps communities and decision-makers translate their hopes into achievable and impactful projects.

She finds deep inspiration in engaging with people who dedicate their work to improving our planet, a journey she continues through co-hosting the podcast Design to Connect alongside Arezoo. For Khadidja, life feels like a cabinet of curiosity, full of unexpected moments that amaze her and deepen her commitment to creating places where people feel connected, seen, and part of something larger.
