With a background in architecture and landscape design, Khadidja specialises in placemaking and participatory processes, from cultural interventions to large infrastructures. She is passionate about unleashing people’s potential to shape their cities’ future.

After an experience with Urban Scale Interventions in Northern Ireland, a creative studio that supports public and private organisations in people-centred design innovation, Khadidja is now back in Italy and working with Giulia to set up STIPO Italy.

At the centre of every project, she puts people’s sensorial experience and their ability to interact and transform spaces in unexpected ways, thus her passion for public spaces installation such as the musical swings and for changing the way we experience institutions like in the living museum of Nina Simon.
