Leiden Noord in development

STIPO has been asked to provide substantive advice that gives direction to the choices to be made and elaborations in the Development Perspective, in particular on the specification of coherent area development, an appropriate housing program, improvement of the quality of the public space, a good city at eye level and the social and economic provision of facilities, to promote a more mixed urban living-working climate in Leiden Noord.
