STIPO Italy Cooperative

Arianna is a founding member of STIPO Italy Cooperative.

She is an architect and urban planner, with a master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Politecnico di Milano. After spending a year in Sydney, she returned to Milan, where she focuses on public space — that in-between space where the most important things happen: encounters, sharing, waiting, playing, protesting.

Passionate about understanding the dynamics that come from public spaces, Arianna has been working for years in placemaking and mobility.
She believes that cities are not only built with materials, but through relationships.

She is convinced that every space can become a place, if designed for and with the people who live it — through care, collaboration, and deep listening.
She designs squares, parks, and streets with the idea that they truly belong to everyone: accessible, inclusive, alive.

After an internship at the City of Milan’s Department of Urban Planning, she is collaborating with AMAT since 2020, working on the design of public spaces, bike lanes, streets, and shared spaces. She designs with people in mind — those who walk, ride, cross, stop — so that public space becomes part of everyday life, not just the background of the city.
