Arezoo is a founding member of STIPO Italy Cooperative. 

Passionate about creating healthier and happier cities, she enjoys combining themes of sustainable development, spirituality, and social transformation. She loves exploring the bigger picture and thinking about strategies to reimagine and reshape our approaches to development and city-making.

Arezoo finds joy in writing, researching, and discovering new ideas, a journey that has led her to the process of writing her first book, Conscious Development, and co-founding and co-hosting the podcast Design to Connect alongside Khadidjah. She also teaches urban design and sustainability at IES Abroad Milan and collaborates on various projects, in different roles and capacities, to advance sustainable development and the social and environmental transformation of the built environment.

Through her work with STIPO Italy, she hopes to help shape spaces where people feel a stronger sense of belonging, as well as enhanced mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, and collective agency in shaping their communities.
